Policies

All entries must have current, negative coggins. Coggins may be emailed to metsecretary@gmail.com.

Refund in full less $25 office Fee prior to closing date. No refund after closing date unless spot filled from waitlist (less $25 office fee)  

RELEASE: I understand that this is a high-risk sport and am participating at my own risk, hereby, assume this risk and further do hereby release and hold harmless Masterson Equestrian Trust, Fayette County Parks and Recreation, land owners, the employees, volunteers, judges, and officials from all liability for negligence resulting in accidents, damage, injury, or illness to myself and to my property including the horse or horses for which I compete in these combined tests and dressage classes.
